1. Delivery Addresses
1.1 Orders will be delivered only to the address specified by you during checkout (“Delivery Address”).
1.2 You must ensure that the Delivery Address, postcode, and contact information are complete and accurate. PO Boxes are not accepted.
1.3 We shall not be responsible for any failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
1.4 You or an authorized recipient must be present at the Delivery Address to receive the order.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Confirmed orders will be processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2.2 Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information and estimated delivery details.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and parcel weight.
3.2 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
4.1 Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- West Malaysia: 5–8 business days
- East Malaysia: 10–15 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
4.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier processing, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
5. Long Holidays and Peak Periods
5.1 Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, festive seasons, or peak order periods.
6. Receipt of Orders
6.1 Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging. Do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or the packaging appears damaged, and contact us immediately.
6.2 If you are not present to receive the order, please contact the courier service within the stipulated timeframe to arrange for re-delivery or collection.
7. Special Circumstances and Exceptions
7.1 We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by acts of God, severe weather, courier service disruptions, customs inspection, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7.2 We reserve the right to cancel or redirect an order if the Delivery Address is inaccessible or deemed unsafe by the courier service.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delayed, failed, or partial delivery of orders.
8.2 Responsibility for providing accurate Delivery Address and ensuring the availability of a recipient rests solely with you.
