We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it governs all return, exchange, and refund requests for products purchased from Power Up Motorcycle (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

The purpose of this Policy is to clearly outline the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted, as well as the procedures that customers must follow when submitting a request. 

By completing a purchase from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this Policy.

General Policy

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, ordering mistakes, or incompatibility with your motorcycle model if you did not confirm suitability with us prior to purchase.

We strongly advise all customers to verify product specifications and compatibility before placing an order.

Eligible Return or Refund Conditions

You may be eligible to request a return or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Missing quantity or accessories.
  • Received wrong product(s).
  • Received defective product(s) caused by manufacturing defect (not human error, modification, or improper use/installation).
  • Received product(s) with physical damage at the time of delivery.

To qualify, the returned item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and labels intact.

For defective items, customers are required to provide detailed information, including clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

Returns made without prior notification or approval will not be accepted.

Reporting and Timeframe

All return or refund requests must be reported to us within three (3) days of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@powerupmotorcycle.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photo or video evidence.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will inform you whether it has been approved and provide the necessary return instructions.

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days. Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund has not been received after the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@powerupmotorcycle.com for further assistance.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take clear photos before unboxing and contact us immediately.

Photographic evidence may be required to facilitate an investigation with the courier service.

Claims without supporting evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Product Warranty

Certain products sold by us may include a manufacturer’s warranty for a specified period (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months), as clearly stated in the product listing.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear, modification, improper use/installation, or damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or negligence.

Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and photo or video evidence of the defect when submitting a warranty claim.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the claimed defect before approving any repair, replacement, or exchange.

Warranty claims will be processed in accordance with the terms specified by the manufacturer or supplier, and repair or replacement turnaround time may vary.

If the product is no longer available, we may offer a replacement of similar value or store credit, at our sole discretion.

Return and re-delivery costs for warranty claims are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
